Determine Criteria
Where & what? Do you have a specific zip code, know how many bedrooms you need? What are the MUST haves, against the WOULD LIKES?
Look At Homes & Write An Offer
This is the fun part! We go and look at houses together, using all the criteria we have put together and once we find THE one for you, I will walk you through the best way for us to write an offer. We want it to be a smart, strong offer!
Closing
Approximately 35 days after we have an accepted offer, we've gone through inspection & appraisal together, and you're ready to sign the documents and get your keys!
